We understand that to know as much as you can from your customer, is key for you, in order to continuously sell, so for that reason RepCamp will store all prior sales data. This will be extremely useful because right before visiting a customer you will be able to check, what? when? and for how much? did they bought...    

This is ticklish, but still a good to have feature... Some of your customers might owe you more than others but is always nice to claim for what is yours. So what is best than having a list of pending payments to talk straight and face to face?

Navigate in between products by relating them as you wish

Some products come in boxes of 6, 12, 2, etc units. The catalog is ready to present these as singular products and add as many units as you want really fast.    

Are you in a market where it is usual to buy in.. let's say, meters and sell in absolute units? well then, this is going to help you a lot.    

Some need their catalog to present big images, small... and others don't need images at all... That's why there's a view that fits your product expectations    

There are products that need a bit more of information and for that purpose you can attach technical specifications sheets.    

Label your products by brand so you can easily navigate through the catalog    

Categorize the products so you can quickly find them    

As you may already know, notes can be taken using the platform, and those can be marked as "alert on order", so they show up whenever you perform and order as handy information.    

Set as many price list as you wish so you can treat your customers as they deserve.    

Check the order history of an specific customer, in between to dates, or by status.    

Have your customer to sign the order so you both have a confirmation of its existence    

Some markets are likely to use some bonus commercial policies like 2+1 or 5+2.

Add a text comment line right after a product that refers to some information about it.    

Global text comments can be attached to a specific order, addressed to headquarters.

Luckily or not, we're not always connected to the internet. However this shouldn't stop you from selling... And it actually doesn't. RepCamp has the ability to work offline and it syncs all your processes later.

We do love Kriter ERP, but we do also know that not every one does. That's why we have developed an API to integrate RepCamp with any ERP in the market. An SDK is also available for premium users together with connectors for several third party ERPs.
